make up can be affordable and still just as fabulous, you just got to know whats worth it and what isnt! I swatched from a palette i bought at Claire's Boutique yesterday and the pigmentation on these shadows is very vibrant and the color pay off is amazing! And I only paid less than $10 for this palette which btw comes with a blush and bronzer
